Our interventions contain the following stages: needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.

Needs analysis: Our analysis is directly linked to your business needs and objectives.

Design: We'll develop a tailored course which meets your needs and is based around the work of your delegates. Practical exercises can be made from your material.

Delivery: Methods vary depending on the group, but are usually a mix of short presentation sessions, group discussions and practical exercises. Courses can take place at your premises or a third party venue.

Evaluation: We can use a selection of evaluation tools, ranging from simple delegate response sheets to long-term evaluation of changes in behaviour.
